Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Legal Site Pro website. Please read them before using the site or submitting a quote request. They are written to be as plain as legal terms can be.
Accepting these terms
By accessing or using legalsitepro.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. The Website is operated by Legal Site Pro (“Legal Site Pro,” “we,” “us”), 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States.
About Legal Site Pro
Legal Site Pro is a digital marketing agency that provides website design, search engine optimization, advertising, content and reputation services to law firms. The Website describes those services and lets prospective clients contact us or request a quote.
No legal advice and no attorney-client relationship
Legal Site Pro is not a law firm and is not a lawyer referral service. Nothing on the Website is legal advice. Using the Website, contacting us or requesting a quote does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us, or between you and any law firm we work with.
If you need legal help, please contact a licensed attorney in your state or your local bar association’s referral service. Please do not send us privileged or confidential information about any legal matter.
Quote requests and our services
A quote request or inquiry is not an offer to buy or sell services and does not oblige either of us to enter an agreement. If we agree to work together, the scope, fees, timing and other terms of the services will be set out in a proposal or written agreement that you accept at that time. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for those services. These Terms of Service otherwise govern only your use of the Website.
Submitting a request does not reserve a market or practice area for you.
Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to:
- use the Website in any way that breaks a law or regulation, or infringes anyone’s rights;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or firm;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems or any account, or to interfere with, disrupt or overload them;
- introduce malware, or use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy the Website in a way that harms it or exceeds normal use; or
- use the Website to send unsolicited advertising or spam.
Information you submit
When you submit information through the Website, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, assess your request and provide services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please keep confidential client information out of anything you send us.

Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, layout and code, are owned by Legal Site Pro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and use the Website for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Ownership of work we create for clients is governed by the agreement with that client, not by these terms.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Website or our services, we may use them without obligation to you.
General information and marketing results
The Website contains general information about digital marketing for law firms. Descriptions of timelines, processes and outcomes are estimates and illustrations, not guarantees. Search rankings, traffic, leads and new cases depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, your market and your firm’s own intake and case handling. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of leads or number of cases.
Lawyer advertising is regulated by state bar rules that vary by state. Although we design our work with those rules in mind, your firm remains responsible for the content of its own advertising.
Third-party links and services
The Website may link to or load resources from third parties, such as Google Fonts. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Site Pro and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the Website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for services we provide to clients is governed by the agreement for those services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Legal Site Pro against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes and termination
We may change the Website, or suspend or end access to it, at any time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the new terms. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
