Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Legal Site Pro collects when you visit our website or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, because we collect very little.
Who we are and what this policy covers
Legal Site Pro (“Legal Site Pro,” “we,” “us”) is a digital marketing agency that provides website design, search engine optimization, advertising and related services to law firms. Our office is at 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States.
This policy applies to legalsitepro.com and to the information you give us when you contact us or request a quote. It does not cover websites we build or manage for law firms. Those sites are operated by the firms themselves and are covered by their own privacy policies.
Legal Site Pro is a marketing agency, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, and using this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please read our Terms of Service alongside this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request pricing through our quote form, or contact us by phone or email, you may give us:
- Contact details: your name, firm name, email address and, if you choose to share it, your phone number.
- Firm details: your current website address, practice areas, markets you want cases from, firm size, current marketing spend, budget range and timeline.
- Your preferences: the services you are interested in and anything else you tell us in the notes field or in your message.
- Correspondence: the content of emails, calls, text messages and other messages you exchange with us.
- SMS and call consent: whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive calls and text messages, and the date and time you gave or withdrew that consent.
Please do not include privileged or confidential information about any legal matter, or sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, health information or financial account numbers. We only need to know about your firm and its marketing goals.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the servers that deliver our pages may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you request and the date and time of the request. We use this only to keep the website secure, working and available.
When you submit a quote request, we also record the page you were on, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link that brought you here (such as utm_source), so we know which of our marketing reached you. Those campaign tags are kept in your browser’s session storage for the length of your visit and are not used to follow you to other websites.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your questions and requests, including preparing and sending the quote you asked for;
- assess whether we can help your firm, including whether we already work with a firm in your practice area and market;
- provide, manage and bill for services if you become a client;
- keep our website and business secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix technical problems;
- improve our website and services; and
- comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not add people who submit a quote request to marketing lists or automated email sequences. If you decide not to move forward, we will not chase you.
SMS and phone communications
If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on our quote form, Legal Site Pro may call you or send you text messages (SMS) about your quote request and the services you asked about, such as follow-up questions, scheduling a strategy call and sending your quote. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
What we collect
For SMS and calls we collect your mobile phone number, the record of your opt-in (including the date, time and page where you gave consent), the content of messages you send us, and any opt-out or help requests.
How we use it
We use this information only to contact you about your request and our services, to honor your opt-out choices and to keep a record of your consent as the law requires. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share your SMS data
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers (such as our messaging platform and phone carriers) that we need in order to deliver the messages, and they may not use your information for any other purpose.
Opting out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. To stop phone calls, just tell us on the call or by email. See the SMS Terms in our Terms of Service for full program details.
Third-party services and links
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details, under Google’s privacy policy.
Our website may link to other sites, and phone and email links open the apps on your device. We do not control other sites or apps and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. For example, to respond to your request, to provide services under an agreement, or to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can also ask us to delete it, as described below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to send us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live, including if you are a resident of California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights. These can include the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated unfairly for using these rights. As explained above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email info@legalsitepro.com or write to us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for law firms and other business users, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States and our website is intended for US audiences. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the website. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
